This blog thing is like a whole new plot for me to plant in, but when it comes to writing, especially when it’s about gardening and homesteading, I tend to put out a good bit of information. Thats actually one of the downsides of instagram… Im always typing more than they allow because i’m just so darn passionate about this stuff! I mean talking about the plants I grow, methods I use, and new information i’ve learned, happens to be just as exciting and fun for me as actually doing all of it!
This will be a place where I post updates on my most recent projects, things i’ve learned, and new offers I have available for people! Now Im the type of person that thrives on having projects to work on and things to learn more about! It can actually be one of my biggest weaknesses… When I don’t have a project outside to work on, or new interesting things to talk about, I get kind of depressed and in a weird funk… I’ll even get stuck like that for a while and it just drags me deeper and deeper into the depression pit… Homesteading, farming, gardening, and teaching and inspiring people, is literally my “magic pill” or “health insurance” that protects me from feeling useless at times.
This new blog forum will hopefully give me another great way to say what I have to say, and encourage me to keep asking questions and searching for new information to learn and share!
I hope that you decide to stick around and follow my journey of growing my dreams into a reality! If I can inspire one person to do the same, and teach another how to grow their own food and be even just a little bit more self-sufficient, then i’d say this whole blog thing is totally worth it to me!
